Egg Donation

This procedure is a boon to those individuals to enjoy parenthood and who otherwise can't conceive with their own eggs. It may be considered in:

• Women with decreased ovarian reserve, premature ovarian failure, surgical removal of ovaries done due to different pathological conditions, women with elevated S.FSH on day 3 or low S.AMH.
• In those couples where there is a risk of genetically transmitted disease to the child.
• In a few cases where there is recurrent implantation failure.
• Gay couples.

Our highly professional Egg Donation Programme enables the intended parents to choose the best donor for themselves. We provide all types of donors. We have a strong network with various ART Banks that provide a range of young, healthy, tall, beautiful, intelligent, and fair donors.

We have no waiting period.

As per the ICMR guidelines, we take only those  donors who

• Proven fertility and are  21 -35 years of age
• Already have one child at least
• Nonsmoker or is not on any drug use
• No psychological disorder
• Does not have any medical disease like hypertension, diabetes or epilepsy, or any other chronic illness which might impair the health of the baby.
• A thorough medical, past, and family history of the donor is taken
• She is medically tested for sexually transmitted and all other communicable diseases which may endanger the health of the child
• Have the husbands consent before she does an egg donation

The personal identity is not disclosed to the recipient. There is no direct contact between the donors and the recipients.

We routinely do Ovarian Reserve testing by AMH, Antral Follicular Count on Ultrasound, and take only those donors with good AMH and good antral follicular count. Thalassemia, Rubella screening, VDRL, HIV (I and II), HBsAg, HCV, and detailed pelvic sonography for our donors are routinely done to ensure maximum chances of success. Our donor stimulation protocols are very convenient and soft for donors. We take all precautions and we don’t let them go into OHSS (Ovarian Hyperstimulation Syndrome).
